The All-Spec AS-99CWP are 100% polyester knit, heavy-weight (140 gsm) cleanroom wipes that are extremely low in particle generation and are perfect for wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts. The wiper fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the knit construction. Wipes are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment especially for use in critical environments. This fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning, scouring, cutting and a special proprietary cleaning process. These wipes are laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45 micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal. All All-Spec Wipes are individually inspected with a lot-to-lot traceability and using ISO 9000 standards.
