The Techni-Pro 10069967 large cup heel grounder with a D-Ring fastening system provides flexibility and comfort during long ware and walking. Durable laminated rubber sole. White Color inner layer is insulative rubber for bottom and back. Outer black colored layer is conductive rubber. Blue grounding polyester ribbon tab, 22'' long conductive nylon strands. Per ANSI/ESD S20.20, use with ESD floor as a grounding alternative to the wrist strap system for standing operations.
