WP8200 Features:- Visually inspect the wipe for cleanliness; the black color reveals contamination.
- Ideal for wiping exterior areas in ESD-sensitive zones and cleaning process tools.
- Constructed from 100% continuous polyester filaments with conductive carbon yarns (97% Polyester, 3% Carbon).
- Excellent solvent resistance; lint and particle-free.
- Static dissipative on both sides, avoiding issues common with one-sided dissipative wipers.
- Compatible with Cleanroom Classes 100 to 1000.
- Size: 9” x 9” (22.86cm x 22.86cm).
- 150 wipers per bag.

Why Use Black Wipers?
The primary goal of using a cleanroom wipe is to remove contaminants. Visually inspecting the wipe is the simplest way to check cleanliness. If the wipe appears dirty while the substrate looks clean, the process has been effective. The contrasting colors of the wipe and contaminants aid in this assessment, particularly with darker soils. However, for light-colored contaminants, this method can be less effective.
ESD Properties:
The WP8200 wipers have a typical surface resistivity of 107—108. Unlike other wipers with conductive patterns, our ESD wipers are uniformly dissipative, eliminating potential charge “hot spots.”
Cleanroom Properties:
Compatible with cleanroom classes 100-1000 (ISO4 – ISO6), the WP8200 wipers feature laser-sealed edges for ultra-low lint and contamination. They are double bagged and vacuum packaged for cleanliness.
