Ionizing nozzle provides pinpoint ionization with hands-free foot pedal operation.
The IN4200 flexible nozzle neck frees the operator’s hands during assembly and manufacturing processes. A foot pedal controls both ionization and airflow, which reduces compressed air costs and extends the life of the ionizer. The model IN4000 ionizing air nozzle produces a 68KHz AC output of approximately 2200V and a continuous stream of balanced air ions. The AirFLEX ionizers are valuable because they can be mounted in hard-to-reach areas that larger ionizers cannot handle.
