Zip-Chem® Sur-Prep® ZC-616 Non-Flammable PF® Solvent/Degreaser, 15 oz. Aerosol

The Zip-Chem 005737 is a non-flammable PF® solvent and degreaser for aircraft substrates.

• A clear liquid with a low viscosity
• Contains the PF® solvent/degreaser
• A combustible blend of high purity hydrocarbons with a small amount of food grade terpene
• High purity blend with low residues <50ppm NVR
• Contains a dielectric strength of 38kV to 51 kV
• Evaporation rate ranges from 5 to 10 minutes when it is wiped or blown with compressed air
• Contains no ozone depleting chemicals
• Aggressively cleans organic contaminants while safe on substrates
• Wipe, spray, and bulk applications yield a low odor
• Aerosol contains a non-flammable propellant

• Use on various aircraft substrates and electrical components on motors, transformers, and generators
• Use for light to medium aerospace degreasing via spray, dip, wipe, or flood methods of application
• ZC-616 is normally used as a general purpose spray and wipe solvent cleaner and degreaser for surface preparation on a variety of aircraft substrates
