The Zip-Chem 100361 is a ready-to-use, all-in-one cleaner, degreaser, and polish protectant for painted and unpainted aircraft substrates.

• Use on painted and unpainted substrates
• Sur-Prep® SB642 comes ready for use so it can be directly spray applied using the aerosol, trigger sprayer applicators, or pump sprayers for bulk application. Sur-Prep® SB642 can also be mopped on with a mop or a rag that is soaked with Sur-Prep® SB642
• Wipe or spray the Sur-Prep® SB642 on to the surface to be treated and then wipe until the area is cleaned
• The residual film can be further buffed to a high gloss as necessary
• The best results are obtained when using a micro fiber cloth for wiping up and buffing out the residual material
• The Sur-Prep® SB642 aerosol can be used in conjunction with the Formit® extensions to provide targeted spray to areas that may be difficult to reach but need to be coated. Please refer to our Formit® technical data sheet for more information
