The Permatex 23218 industrial grade, biodegradable*, waterless, petroleum solvent-free hand cleaner. It contains no harsh chemicals, mineral oils or ammonia that can sting cuts and abrasions. Pure, fresh-smelling natural citrus power does the cleaning while aloe, lanolin, glycerin and jojoba condition and protect skin. Cleans dirt, resins, oil, tar, grease, grime, soil, printer’s ink, epoxies, paint, rubber cement, gasket and tile cements.
