EOS/ESD Assessment Survey Kit

The SCS 770045 is an EOS/ESD Assessment Survey Kit that is used to measure, verify,and qualify products in the ESD protected areas. Kit includes devices that help identify EOS (electrical overstress) and ESD (electrostatic) generators.

• Measures resistance point-to-point (Rtt) or surface to gound (Rtg)
• Detects, counts, and measures ESD events that can cause erratic behavior, parametric errors, and tool lock-ups
• Confirms that an AC electrical outlet's wiring is correct, the path to equipment ground conductor is intact , and to measure ground impedance
• Measures electrostatic fields, offset voltage, and charge decay of ionization equipment
• Demonstrates the creation and polarity of electrostatic charges and the funcionality of ESD control products
