The HellermannTyton 110-77031 Industrial-grade, mechanical hand tool tensions and cuts off cable ties from 18 to 80 lb for bundling and fastening operations. It is ergonomically designed to reduce the risks of repetitive stress injuries to operators while simultaneously increasing productivity. The EVO 7i’s patented Tension-Lock-Cut (TLC) technology locks the tensioner before cutting the tie, eliminating jarring kickback. Calibrated tensioning ensures consistent wire bundle tension before flush cut-off. Optional nosepieces can leave an extended tail if desired. Available in a standard grip span (EVO 7i) or short grip span (EVO 7iSP) for smaller hands. Additional accessories are available.
