The Wacker 70702817 SEMICOSIL 964 is a RTV-1 amine cure system that cures on contact with moisture in the air to a translucent coating.
The performance of SEMICOSIL 964 is dependent upon many factors, including the application method, the thickness of the layer deposited, the substrate, the curing atmosphere. Surface Preparation The surface to be coated should be clean and free of dirt and other contaminants. SEMICOSIL® 964 is not recommended for use with acrylic or polycarbonate substrates.
The ""Best use before end date"" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
