The 3M™ SecureFit™ Safety Helmet X5000 meets ANSI Z89.1 and is tested to various of the impact and penetration requirements of the European EN12492 Mountaineering Helmet Standard for industrial climbing applications*, and is designed to provide head protection from small falling objects. Not only does it have modern climbing-helmet inspired design, it also provides increased comfort and security due to 3M’s Pressure Diffusion technology designed into the suspension.The Brimless design helps to allow for better awareness of some hazards.
