The Berkshire CHNW50920 Supreme Mat is a dual-layer dissipative material with outstanding chemical protection, heat resistance, and static control. Featuring a dissipative upper layer and a conductive base, the Supreme Mat high-tech formula offers prolonged durability when exposed to chemical cleaning with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol. Tests demonstrate its resilience in high heat applications, where typical rubber materials experience severe damage after one or two uses. The Supreme Mat endures through more cycles without deterioration or loss of electrical properties. In a 24-hour exposure to 150°C/302°F in an oven, the Supreme Mat remained dissipative. Fully compliant with REACH regulations, the Dualmat avoids the use of Substances of Very High Concern (SvHC) in its manufacturing process.
