Designed to be used as a tablemat with defined ground connection, as groundable through the material to a grounded conductive workstation, or as a non-grounded surface. It can also be laminated directly to a workbench in place of rigid laminates.
The PRM-650 is a dual-layer synthetic rubber work surface covering with volume functional static dissipative properties. It may be used as a grounded tablemat, as a non-grounded work mat when placed on a grounded surface, or laminated directly to a workbench in place of rigid laminates.
The PRM-650 is a unique, high-performance worksurface material that utilizes both volume electrical properties and surface dissipation to protect your static-sensitive products. This approach provides exceptional ESD control performance, product protection, and flexible application characteristics for a variety of static control challenges.
CONSTRUCTION
The PRM-650 protects static-sensitive products and devices, as it is made of two layers of high-quality Nytril Rubber, in compliance with the most stringent industry standards for ESD control.
TOP LAYER: Static Dissipative layer to discharge static fields at the right speed, thereby preventing damage (grey).
BOTTOM LAYER: Conductive layer to quickly drain to ground all charges filtered by the top layer (black).
